Bacari Sherman Oaks is a Venetian-inspired small plates restaurant featuring Mediterranean-influenced dishes by Chef Lior Hillel. We are the 6th restaurant of Kronfli Brothers, a family-owned, growing group of restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Alongside our delicious tapas, we offer a rotating curation of small-production wines and eclectic beers, unique craft cocktails & mocktails, and we are also known for our one-of-a-kind 90-minute open bar special.

Our team provides warm hospitality in our loungey indoor Parlour Room, our bright and airy Sunroom, or in one of our many comfortable outdoor patios, all marked with rustic mediterranean decor. You will feel like home when dining at Bacari Sherman Oaks.

We welcome but do not require reservations — we love to accommodate walk-ins and large parties, even on busy nights. Bacari Sherman Oaks is the go-to spot for our neighbors, and we look forward to hosting you soon!

They need to step up the food. It’s usually cold and bland. The menu needs an overhaul for sure. It’s getting tired and feels like they are just going through the motions. The Bloody Mary tasted like it had fake lemon juice.

The food was good. My fav was the sea bass. The street corn was a little spicy. The day I went there was a private party inside so everyone was seated outside so perhaps this contributed to it feeling really busy. The ambiance was off because it seemed like wait staff was zipping by every couple if seconds, but some how our waiter wasn’t the most attentive. We needed extra plates and utensils, and had to ask someone else. Also another waiter settled our bill because our waiter took too long. That being said I would try it again if a friend wanted to go because the food was good, except the wings.

Just a typical overhyped, trendy LA restaurant. I was actually embarrassed after bringing my family to eat dinner here for a pre-Thanksgiving outing. Food came out obnoxiously slow, we ordered 4 petit fillets and they all came out cold. My poor mother waited 45 minutes for grilled chicken. Food was trash and bland. Empty plates were piling up on our table with no bussing in sight. This was an absolute joke and my parents went home hungry. Tables were oriented way too close, people and staff were constantly bumping into us on the ends. A server hit my wife in forehead with a circular carrying board. An incredible waste of money before the holidays. Stop trying to be cool and serve good food at reasonable speed for “tapas.” I came here to eat, not snack. This place is everything that’s wrong with LA.

Huge restaurant with lots of windows and so many people on a Saturday! Food is middle eastern mostly which was a surprise but what we ordered was very good. Drinks have very clever names and outdoor seating on a sunny day is bountiful. Valet parking is expensive but otherwise a very nice place. And I’m glad it’s so busy!

Wonderful experience despite the delay in getting seated but the mangers made sure they compensated us for the wait with Prosecco and appetizers. Service is excellent. Real team work. The ambiance outdoors is nice.

Even though we had a reservation, we weren’t seated until 2 hours after we checked in. I felt like for the amount of money we spent, there should have been more done to compensate. By the time we were seated, most of the restaurant had emptied out and the majority of people that got there after us were seated before us.
