   Food was great, a lot of options to pick to however can’t get the worth of your money due to the pressure of time limit. Too expensive for limited time.

   Lines suck, the ambiance was bleak and it was very noisy and busy....BUT the food and desserts were outstanding. A large variety of fare from around the world was at your fingertips. The service was spot on and very attentive. Overall very nice experience that we would try again.

   Always make it a priority to dine her when we are in Vegas . The variety. And quality of the food is amazing and the service is always excellent.

   We have been to Bacchanal Buffet many times in the past, both during business and leisure. On 12/18/2024, we had a reservation for 4:45, for which we checked in with the hostess...and then waited 40 minutes in line just to pay. We clearly understand taking Diamond members as priority, however when you stand in line that long and are at the front of the line, you would expect the cashiers to at least acknowledge you. There were six registers and many times as many as 5 cashiers, who ALL looked at you and NEVER acknowledged you or the wait.....instead they physically turned their backs to you, as to avoid guest questions or conversation! This poor behavior continued through our wait, despite them having NO Diamond members in line. Staff's comments such acknowledging the customers by something as small as, "We appreciate your wait" or "It will be a few more minutes", would have been the professional thing to do and most appropriate. We left without eating and probably won't be back. Many customers did the same by leaving! Very poor cashiering staff. These employees represent the Caesars brand and Bacchanal. Need to do a much better job!

   We went with a reservation, ended up still waiting in line for about an hour to get seated. If the reservation doesn’t matter then why do you need a reservation? Think the system of how that all works could be worked on to make the experience better.

    It really wasn't that good. Everything was just ok. The prime rib and beef were nothing special. The seafood was awful. The lobster claws were small,cold, and tasted like frozen lobster meat. The tacos were terrible. And Everything was lukewarm to cold . I'm talking about the hot dishes.Before Covid it was much better. For 93 dollars not including the tip it just wasn't worth it. Mediocre at best. We won't be returning. Definitely not worth the money or the wait.
