Not a bargain, but nothing on the Strip is. Took my niece here to show her perhaps the epitome of variety and quality.

Food was not fresh and tasted old. Plates were never picked up and tables stayed dirty the entire time. Definitely not worth the cost. I would suggest Wynn buffet over this any day. Far more fresh and clean

We had high expectations for Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, but unfortunately, our visit today was a major letdown. The food was cold, uninspired, and shockingly unchanged from our visit a decade ago. For a buffet that boasts variety and quality, the selection felt outdated and lacked any innovation. One glaring issue was the price—it’s extremely high for the level of food and experience provided. With such a steep cost, we expected at least fresh, well-prepared dishes, but instead, we were met with subpar offerings that didn’t justify the expense. Adding to the disappointment, they only serve Pepsi products, which isn’t a dealbreaker but felt like another notch in the overall underwhelming experience. The atmosphere also left much to be desired. The table and chairs were noticeably worn down, showing clear signs of age and neglect. We were seated in the back of the restaurant against a wall, which made for an uninviting and cramped dining experience. To top it all off, the food made us sick, which is absolutely unacceptable for a buffet of this caliber. Given all these issues, it’s hard to see how Bacchanal still maintains its reputation. At this point, they should seriously consider shutting down or at least doing a major overhaul. As it stands, we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—it was bad all around.

If you’re celiac, and you think you can find gluten-free options in a buffet, and a highly populated city filled with tourists. This is not the place. And for $100 per person this place was atrocious. Service, sat for 10 minutes before even getting a manager to help me find out if there were any gluten-free options. And he didn’t even know the answer.

Plenty of options on seafood and meats. lobster craw, no tails. Crab legs. Food from other countries as well. Just too much food for one seating, pick your favorite. Some of the food are overcooked and salty.

There was a lot of hype going into this, and it just didn't measure up. The food was okay, not great. Staff were nice. Silverware and napkins at the table were dirty. I was disappointed. It was so expensive for just an okay experience.

Asked for a closer seating due to my parent’s progressive knee arthritis. The waitress took us to a far location and then when I told her that our request was made on open table they said that they don’t get the requests. She then proceeded to take us back to the front desk where she spoke with her supervisor in a different language and made us wait another 5 minutes. Then they proceeded to take us to another location which was slightly closer. As we passed a table that was adjacent to the buffet, the waitress hesitated which was when another group was given that spot. Not a deal breaker but unfortunate that open table system does not communicate well with the actual restaurant team.

For $350 dollars I would expect a great experience. I didn’t get that the food was not as hot as I expect it and the quality has dropped. I went home sick after 2 plates very bad experience for 3 guests.
