Feast your eyes on the succulent presentations of hundreds of uniquely displayed dishes. Pile it high and head to the dining room where you can immerse yourself into one of three beautifully decorated Air, Water or Wood themed atmospheres.

Reserve your place in line now. Reservations are strongly recommended. There is also a virtual wait list on OpenTable.com, however there is no guarantee of entry for wait list or walk-ins. For parties of more than 10, you are welcomed to make 2 reservations.

    Food was good overall. Crab could be fresher. Pastries were delicious and short rib Benny was best thing on buffet.

    Crab brunch on Thursdays was a good hit! Price is decent for a Thursday buffet. Service was nice. They let me have a coffee to go (but didn’t include a lid). Coffee to go should be a for sure option after eating at a buffet.

    We had a reservation at 8:15pm & were promptly seated. This is approximately my 5th time dining here & tonight I brought 2 guests who had never eaten here before. Everyone had delicious food, including one guest who eats halal. Our server, Romana, was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to be seated in her section.

    We hadn’t been to the Caesar’s buffet in a few years. Our expectations were high from past experience. It was underwhelming this go around. For the $90/person price tag you expect a little more. If you’re not going to eat your weight in crab legs, I would look elsewhere. For the same price you can enjoy a better, fine dining experience up and down the strip.

    The food and the variety is excellent. We had a little bit of our favorite dishes or things we wanted to try. I recommend going early dinner because you tend to overeat and you need time to digest.
