New Years Eve dinner with 8:45PM reservation. Sat at the bar for a few minutes and started our drinks - then seated in a sunroom area which is nice but not in the main area. On ordering from their fixed menu for the night immediately found out one of the desserts was already sold out. Food was good and servers were polite and responsive but pace was slow due to the volume ad nearing end of the night. Service was slow and at times had to wave down a server for drink refills. Diner volume was about 200% of a normal Saturday night we were told and apparently had a significant impact overall. Have eaten here before and a better experience but left this time being less impressed.

Classy place, love the location. We had our wedding here this year in the conservatory and decided to round out our wedding year on New Year’s Eve with a dinner where the ring got put on the finger!

Disappointing New Year's Eve-cocktail warm, portions smaller than normal, some staff seemed frazzled for no reason. We usually spend New Year's Eve at one of the Bartolotta Restaurants, this year was not as great as in the past.

Good, but not amazing. I’ll give a little allowance for a full, busy restaurant on NYE, but they missed on service details, especially given the team service. For instance, no one ever checked to make sure our meals were satisfactory (one filet was medium, not m-rare as ordered), the bread plates and basket sat on the table until entrees were delivered, we refilled our own water to empty glasses twice. Not the end of the world, but WHY?? We had a nice time, but for the money, it was far from impeccable.

Food was phenomenal and the service was great! I did the 3 course menu with the wine pairings and loved it.

We enjoyed a quiet evening at Bacchus and selected the 5 course tasting menu. It was perfect and the wine we had was delicious. Thanks for a great dinner.

We have visited a number of other Bartolotta restaurants over the past few years but for some reason have overlooked Bacchus which used to be one of my favorites. I am sorry that we did so. The staff is wonderful and the food outstanding and the room is very inviting and comfortable. We will visit again very soon!!
