Welcome to Bacco Ristorante Italiano!
"Bacco" is a family run restaurant, situated across the road from Richmond station. We serve great, authentic Italian food, using fresh seasonal ingredients. We are very passionate about home cooking, therefore we make our own fresh pasta, focaccia | ciabatta bread and desserts. We have an extensive Italian wine list, ranging from small producers from different parts of Italy to well-known vineyards such as Antinori.
Our Alfresco dining can sit up to 50 guests. The terrace is heated during the cooler seasons.
"Vinoteca" - our private dining area, is available on request for large groups, whereby we can sit up to 30 people.

Lovely dinner. Delicious food. Fresh and flavoursome. Service was prompt and attentive. Veal was delicious and pudding was worth the 15mins cooking time 👌

Bacco is an old-style Italian restaurant with all the advantages that has - it has no surprises which is such a relief. It is spacious so unless you very unlucky , it’s possible to escape from noisy people! The service was attentive without exaggeration. A pleasant, lunchtime dining experience.

My husband and myself went for a pre theatre lunch. We arrived slightly early and were shown to our table by a friendly waiter. It was a very cold day but the restaurant was lovely and warm. My husband chose the seafood linguine and I had the saltimbocca with saute potatoes. The food arrived promptly. Delicious and generous portions. For dessert, tiramisu for me and pannacotta with fruits for my husband. Both good. Both chose draft Moretti beer and coffees to finish. Highly recommend. Need to book as the restaurant was full of diners most going to the Orange Tree theatre a short walk away.

Service was pretty terrible, we arrived just as the pre theatre or early diners were finishing and it was as if it was 10.30pm in any other restaurant. There were hardly any other diners and it was so disappointing not to receive decent service especially as I had highly rated this place after a summer visit. Food was wonderful though.

Two couples on a theatre trip. Best restaurant yet. Well worth the ride fro central London.

First time but loved it. Pretty busy but just before the. Theatre start time next door. Delicious food.

We have been coming to Bacco for many years but recently the choice of food on offer has severely deteriorated. The only meat dish on offer this time was the same rather dried and not very tasty chicken. Where havethe Italian veal and beef offers gone, yet alone kidney dishes? If things don't change we will be eating elsewhere, which is a pity. Perhape you should get a new chef with some imagination and the old Italian flair. Best wishes frm John and Venetia Harper.

Ottima esperienza complessiva. Mangiato benissimo, pietanze gustose realizzate con materie fresche e di qualità. Buono anche il servizio, personale cordiale ed efficiente. Ho sofferto un po’ l’acustica, bisogna alzare un po’ la voce per riuscire a parlare, soprattutto se ti capita un gruppo vicino. Il locale non è molto grande e i tavoli sono troppo vicini tra loro. Ma sono piccoli dettagli, ci tornerò con piacere.
