Ordered the chicken piccata. Very bland….zero flavour. Was really disappointed given the cost of the plate. $32 for a small nest of spaghetti and bland chicken with no sauce and 4 capers. On a positive note, the service was amazing. Very attentive and checked in on us within a reaonable amount of time.

We’ve been going to Baci for years and every time we go, I find the experience is less and less. The menu has become quite small, my vegetables were raw, the portions have shrunk & the service was just ok. We no longer get bread & the cost has gone up.

The experience was just good. The server was nice and sweet but seemed like one of her first serving jobs. The food was ok. Was thinking it would be more authentic Italian but was just pretty generic, food you would get at a chain restaurant. Overall it’s a good restaurant but no where near the best Italian I have had or in Hamilton.

Have been dining at Baci for over 8 years. Noticed a decline in menu selection and quality of food during that period. Unfortunate that the food selection and quality do not match the wine selection and quality. Wait staff are always above average. Value for money proposition is not longer satisfactory.
