The music was so loud we could not have a good conversation at our table of four. My veal milanese was terrible, the veal chop was burnt dry and the salad was bland. To top it all off, they added a 3.5% “operations fee” to our already pricy bill! I will never return.

We were 7 people celebrating a birthday. Service was adequate. Food was ok. Bill was $500 without appetizers or desserts or drinks. We asked if they provided a complimentary birthday dessert and they said no. They should have offered a cannoli or gelato with a candle. They didn’t. In addition to the 20% gratuity automatically added to the check, there was 3.5% operations charge. When we questioned it, the waitress said it was due to their increase in costs. Would not recommend.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Baciami. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the perfect tone, elegant yet welcoming. The service was attentive and our server Alex was wonderful! The food was outstanding! Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We had a memorable night out and we are looking so forward to having our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner there. Baciami is truly a gem!

We had an excellent dining experience. We sat in a beautiful booth and had a really great server. Brennen was very attentive and accommodating even with our few changes we needed to make to our menu choices. The hanging bacon was delicious and a very nice presentation. The Bronzino special was spectacular with table side filleting. All in all, a 10 out of 10.
