   Food was amazing. Service was so bad. Server only came by table 3 times over 2 hour period. Had to ask 3 times for water.

   The restaurant was very pretty. Food was good but not over the top and may be bc of the location but it was so cold half the people inside had their jackets on and it made it difficult to truly enjoy dinner. Was good but with all the other options in nyc doubt we’d go back

   Bad Roman is what it sounds like. A roman tragedy. But with worse food. I feel so bad for these poor souls, the waiters bring out this hodge podge of crap what they call sustenance, knowing full well the diners not only wont, but cant eat it. It was Inedible. This was The Cheesecake Factory, with FisherPrice fake food, I just cant. sigh.....

   Terrible experience. Not authentic Italian. It’s called bad Roman for a reason. Not recommended.

   The staff is superb. The two front desk reception people greet perfectly, accompany guests to the assigned table and stop by to ensure all is well. Adrian, our server, is superb. Explained the menu, made good suggestions and despite the crowd made sure we were happy. The food is outstanding but the noise level is a disaster! We could not carry on a conversation without adding to the din. The room manager is also a very polite customer focused man who also stopped to insure we were happy. Noise aside, we will be back.:))

   Delicious ! However the main courses were just one item - for example the branzino was just that - Branzino - delicious but didn’t come with any veggie or pasta - just all by itself. However everything was very tasty ! Will definitely try again !

   We went to Bad Roman the night before our wedding and everyone was incredible. I want to give a huge shoutout to Robert making us feel so special! We loved the food and the ambiance. Thank you so much. P.s. give Robert a raise—he’s a gem!!!!

   Tyler was wonderful! He made my birthday celebration exceptional. He was friendly and attentive. Food recommendations were on point- dishes were one better than the first. We chose the small plates instead to taste most of the menu.lol Thank you for a wonderful experience.
