    We had a great birthday celebration dinner at Bad Roman. Our waiter Humberto was very attentive and efficient. Nice ambience, great food, great wines and cocktails. We ordered a variety of appetizers including the eggplant pull-a -parm , the meatballs, ribs. Very generous portions and delicious. The eggplant I thought was amazing, which came with a nice dipping sauce. We had the Il Divorzio Half and Half and the Short Rib Pappardelle which were generous,portions and tasty. We could not finish it all and took the rest home. We will definitely be back!

    Khalil our server was very attentive and made great recommendations. Great food, excellent service, portion sizes are “just right”, Highly recommended for the view of Central Park and ambiance.

    Had dinner on a very busy night, food and service were all excellent! Thank you especially to Sammy and Valerie for taking such good care of us. Second time here and looking forward to coming back.

    Interesting vibe from the staff. A guest at our table accidentally spilled his drink while cheering for the first sip and they didn’t offer him another one and we were charged for it. Felt very off-putting for the remainder of the dinner. Seemed rushed and like they wanted us to leave, we weren’t loud or disruptive at all. If anything they made us feel more embarrassed for a simple accident.

    food looked better than it tasted. heavily overpriced for the quality, but service was good and ambiance was fun!

    The food tasted great but the service was really poor. We waited 15 minutes before a server came to take our drink order (only after we asked someone if we had a server). She came back to take our food order then she didn't return again until she brought our check (10-15 minutes after we finished eating). Also, the restaurant's website displays an extensive kids' menu but, when we asked, the server indicated they do not have a kids' menu. However, we were able to find a few items our daughter enjoyed.

    Unfortunately the Pork Chop Entree I received was a terrible cut of meat. It was not tender at all. All other entrees and appetizers were very good. The management refunded the charge for the bad entree and apologized.

    The food was great. It took like 30 minutes to get our first drinks at first but then it was more fluid. Would go back.

    Terrible service from Daniel, he is a racist, rude person. He didn't let me order my dishes by time, he asked me to order my entire order in one go, he brought me the bill before I finished eating and charged me immediately. An assistant tried to guide us and got upset with him. All this because he didn't know how to speak English well. Terrible experience.
