   Food was good, but that's it. Waited an hour for it to come. Server was over loaded with 8 tables. Tried.. first visit, probably our last. To many places with better food.

   This was our 3rd visit. Celebrated our grandsons visit from the Navy. Unfortunately it was not a good day. After being seated we waited to order atleast 30 min. My son had to walk to the front desk to ask for a waiter to come. This didn’t help so my husband grabbed the attention of a waiter that walked by and he came over after completing his other tables. We waited another 40-50 min for our meals. My Red Snapper was over cooked. My husband’s salmon was half eaten. We won’t be back to this location any time soon. Definitely issues in this store.

   Food was ok very small portions. Entertainment was ok but not worth extra. Could just pipe in steel drums singer seemed bored and not happy to be there on a Friday night. Server was pleasant and helpful. Island vibe maybe better for lunch very cold inside

   Our experience was very bad and we will not be returning. First the music was so loud you couldn’t even talk/hear a thing. Asked to have it turned down which they did and then the musician turned it back up even louder. And we were outside! Had a gluten allergy and salad served with bread on the salad. Asked for another and they dumped the same salad into another dish and removed the bread. 6 out of seven served their dinner. 7th dish never showed up and apparently never ordered by the server. Appetizer arrived after dinners had been served. Manager was kind and took many dishes from the bill but too many errors to return again.

   Really enjoyed our dinner. Glad it was open for our family’s Christmas Eve dinner. Our server, Daniela C was exceptional!

   Wait an excellent time. Service is amazing, food is very good for a chain emulating a regional cuisine. The only issue is that it’s extremely loud. The acoustics are, quite frankly, horrible. There’s no padding under the chairs or tables. The ceilings are hard and so are the floors. I get that they don’t want you sitting there lingering forever, but to not be able to hear across your table when there’s only 30 people in the entire restaurant at lunch is pretty horrible. I can’t imagine what it’s like when there’s 150 in the restaurant and another 60 in the bar at 7:30 at night. They need to fix it. Other than that, this place is quite wonderful.

    Started off with coconut shrimp and couch fritttters they were excellent along with the main courses will go back
