Was slightly disappointed that happy hour specials don’t apply on Valentines Day. If that is the case, I feel the server should have made it known to us the restriction and allowed us to decide if we wanted to proceed with alcoholic beverages.

Although it was very crowded, we were seated within 15 minutes of our reservation time.

We arrived and they said we would have to wait 25 minutes for a table inside with even our reservation .beware apparently reservations are nothing to them

Service was excellent. Food was,at best, was mediocre. I had the shrimp pineapple bowl which had so much ginger sauce on it, I could only eat a few bites. My husband had the chicken pineapple bowl and his was even worse. Some of the rice in both our bowls was undercooked. Find somewhere else to eat.

Spoke to the manager about it, but the hostess, Gaby, was so rude that she had to accommodate our family because our kiddo is autistic. Slapping down menus, then ripping them off when we said the room was too loud. She said, “I don’t know what to tell you — the quiet section isn’t open for a 30 minutes” and then “well I guess go stand over there and wait” and rolling her eyes. We felt awful. Embarrassed. Unwelcome. We don’t know how we could have been better guests or avoided the unpleasantness. Better training for hostesses to receive, welcome, and accommodate disabled people who need special consideration is in order. Gaby should probably not be in hospitality, but I’ll leave it to the manager to figure that out in time. We left and went to TGIF Fridays, who were so happy to have us. Really disappointing experience at BB. Do better.

Yummmmm this did not disappoint! Mojitos were the only let down although it may have been it was made without sugar syrup as it was very bitter! Changed to a strawberry mojito on second order and it was delish
