About this restaurant

  • Good for special occasions
  • Good for business meals
  • Great for creative cocktails
If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.

*A 20% Service Fee is added to all groups of 6 or more.

On our second date, my first time here. We were greated by Joel as our server in the bar. His knowledge of the menu to his enthusiasm on helping us find the best mini menu for our date was one of the best services and experience I've had at a restaurant! We will be back.

First time here and it was amazing! We had the Brussel Sprouts and Truffle Fries as small plates and both were absolutely perfect. For mains we had a New York Strip which was cooked perfectly to my liking and overall was amazing. We also had the Lobster pappardelle which again was perfect. The dessert, the 50 shades chocolate cake was delicious. Overall was a 10/10 experience and we will be back!!

We had such a great time! Our waiter, Joel, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. The manager also stopped by to check on us, which really showed how much they care about their guests. The customer service was exceptional and everyone was so nice. We will definitely be back!

Went for birthday dinner with 2 adults/2 kids. Great service, the food is incredible. The Bread for Life is a must when you go. Very friendly attentive staff, that gives you the time to eat and socialize at your own pace.

Baldamar has been a favorite of ours since it first opened. We recently had a minor issue with my prime ribeye during lunch, but Manager Heather was exceptionally kind and professional, and resolved the situation immediately. Thank you, Heather, for being you and being so exceptional!

My wife and I had the salmon sandwich and we were disappointed. Bread was hard and hard to chew. The fish was just ok. Would not order it again. Coffee was great! And server was good.
