Balthazar is one of Athens finest restaurants. It is located in a neoclassical building on Tsocha street and is special not only for its beautiful interior but also for its impressive garden. Balthazar serves a Mediterranean cuisine with many Greek fusion influences since Christoforos Peskias has formed a highly creative menu. Fresh salads like green beans with smoked almonds, and a Thai lemon dressing, original dishes such as marinated fresh fish in lemongrass and basil, and the well-known meatballs with french fries and yogurt dip are the reason for a visit. The menu also offers a sushi selection.

This is a Beautiful and unique restaurant. Get a drink at the bar before dinner and savor the trendy garden vibe. The service was awesome and the food amazing. Definitely try the Peacock Zombie!

Awful experience waitress and manager very rude Our steak was cooked incorrectly they took so long to bring the steak back we were full by the time the steak was not back we asked to cancelled and out of the sudden they have a policy they can’t cancel plates we had already had enough food Anyways service lack horrible but the place it’s very nice and beautiful ambience

This is the coolest restaurant I have ever eaten at. Everything about this pace was 5 star. The food was great, the ambience was great and the service was excellent. We are on vacation to Greece but if I lived in Athens I would eat here once a week. Awesome!
