We have been here many times and Bar Beirut is like no other place in Canberra the atmosphere is electric during the sword belly dancing and exotic performances by Jazida Burlesque. It is definitely not for the fainthearted with exceptional shows of fire dancing paired with amazing authentic lebanese food with a very wide range of reasonably priced proffessionally made cocktails. The owner and host is amazingly and true master of hospitality he loves attending to his guests and will make you feel welcome. The service and hospitality from the staff is nothing short of exceptional, knowledgable and attentive to your needs. If you want a truely memorable experience book a night of intrigue and adventure at Bar Beirut Canberra !

We opted for the fixed menu selection at $69 pp each for the 3 of us. This was way too much food for us - but the food was excellent, tasty and a great selection of Lebonese/middle eastern flavours - we would order less next time. It was a great way to taste an array of great flavours though, and as a first time visitor, I would recommend. Wines/beers and cocktails were also great new taste experiences. It is definitely a great cocktail bar if you wanted a share menu with drinks. We are an older trio and found the noise level high, but that's just us, and not a deal breaker. Would we go again - Yes.
