    Everything was amazing except that they sat us at the first table as you walk in and because the keep the restaurant doors open we froze the whole time which made the dining experience unpleasant. Food was amazing, service was amazing. Ambience amazing.

    Wow!! We loved this. We were reminded of the mansions in Newport. It was really great ambiance and the food was delicious. We are vegetarian and usually have trouble but we were pleasantly surprised.

    We went here to try the brunch menu on Saturday morning, Feb. 1st. We were considering having a group brunch here for a birthday coming up. The French toast with berries was very good. It has a caramel type drizzle. The burrata with squash entree (unique combo) was also very good, too, quite small like an appetizer portion but very tasty. The fries were crispy and tasty. Unfortunately the burgers were one of the worst burgers we've ever had. It tasted like it was bad to be honest. Both my husband and son ordered it and unfortunately did not say anything to the waiter until the very end after they had finished their meal. I had to take a bite to see for myself and sure enough it just tasted like it was not fresh, not good quality meat, almost like it could've been a frozen patty. It's just disappointing since we had heard so much about Bar George's brunch menu. The ambience is very nice and the service was good (except for the fact that when we finally told another waiter, or perhaps he was the manager, he didn't say, that we were very disappointed in the burgers, he didn't do anything about it). Just a warning, do not have the burger.
