   We were a party of 4, and each of us was beyond impressed with each of our meals. We began with country bread with the ricotta spread and the beef carpachio. A delicious Ceasar salad, wedding soup, and a side order of escarole and beans. The chicken limone, chicken parmesan, and chef Andy's bucatini were fantastic and large helpings of each. Our server, Sebastian, went above and beyond and was so attentive and outgoing. We will definitely go back again and request Sebastian. I was so impressed with his enthusiasm regarding how much he valued and enjoyed his job. Outstanding service and wonderful food. We had an amazing time and wouldn't change a thing.

   My chicken was burnt on both sides and since it was soon thin it was not tasty. Sausage bread was hard as a rock. Sauce on spaghetti was thick and too tomato tasting. Our waiter was great and the manager did not charge for the chicken dish.

   Top notch as always! Friendly service from Brittany. We just love the atmosphere of this restaurant! I highly recommend the Spicy Vodka Rigate. Pasta tasted homemade. Excellent as always!

   We love Bar Italia but last night was not a usual experience. The table was in a bad place for temperature control. 22* outside and every time the door opened We got a blast of cold air. Our guests had a crispy chicken dish and both were overdone and chewy. They mentioned it and the restaurant sent a desert and helped to make up for it. My porkchop was also tough and overdone. Not typical and we will be back. My surprise was 3 of 4 meals were not prepared properly. They had an off night. It happens.

   I've been going to Bar Italia for a few years and was very disappointed yesterday, March 1. I always order their Crispy Chicken Limone, and for the first time ever, it was subpar. The meal just didn't have it's normal excellent lemony taste. It definitely lacked its usual flavor. I did mention it to the waitress, and she had a brand new meal prepared for me to take home, which was very nice and much appreciated. I haven't tried it yet but I'm hoping has the same flavor as it used to. My companion's food was excellent so he was very happy!

   Another great lunch at Bar Italia! The bread appetizer was amazing, and the service was great! As always, the meal was delicious - two different pasta dishes, two very satisfied diners!
