   It was our second visit, and this time we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. After 40 minutes, the waitress informed us that she was waiting for the pizza to be ready before bringing our order. My pasta sat under the kitchen light for about 10 minutes and arrived cold. The bill was quite high, especially considering the quality, long wait times, and overall dining experience. Additionally, the noise level was extremely loud. Overall, we were very disappointed.

   Food was perfection… chicken Limone was superb!! Cocktail were scrumptious… meatball were divine!! Restaurant is a little dark and the music is too loud where you can’t have a conversation

   Service was our main issue here; however the restaurant was incredibly noisy as well. It was difficult to hear even across the table it was so loud. The issue with the service was our server took the order and both the appetizers and the main entree were incorrect. One diner at our table did not even get her dinner. The server never came back to check in on the table after the order was placed and we had to flag down another server and ask to have our server come by so we could address the missing entree and the incorrect appetizer order. Though the manager did come by and sincerely apologize as well as accommodate the check, the overall service was pretty much non existent.

    Great atmosphere coupled with a superb menu and professional service staff. This was my first experience at bar Italia and I will definitely be going back. Their pizzas are fantastic and our server was very accommodating.
