   Went to celebrate a family member's birthday. Had a great time. The waitress, Toyree was very helpful and attentive to the group. We would definitely come visit again.

   bad overall.... (staff was great, polite and professional) but they were out of many things (which i don't understand why we just don't send someone over to Meijer across the parking lot) everything took forever because they said the kitchen was backed up.. (there were a lot of extra ppl standing around, so not sure why they couldn't pitch in but??) we asked for pita bread w/ the artichoke dip (because we both had dental surgery recently and can't eat chips...) she said no problem, however they came out so burndt and hard that we still couldn't eat them. they were out of salmon , so i opted just for an order of red potatoes and i was going to share my husbands patty melt. i also got a cup of tomato bisque soup. it had great flavor but too spicy for me so i gave it to him. again the artichoke dip, couldn't eat because the pita chips were rock hard. his patty melt came out, bread rock hard, i took a bite of the burger. too undercooked for my liking (not your fault that is how he ordered it) so he ate the burger and removed the hard bread. he ordered tots but got fries, so a few minutes later she brought out the tots, i had one and there was more salt on it than mcdonalds puts on their french fries. yuk. oh and you were also out of the red potatoes, so i didn't eat much of anything. the people that were sitting around us were also complaining either about not getting seated right away or about their food or food being late... the staff handled everything professionally but its hard for them... i was a waitress before and a lot of customers are NOT understanding of things and will tend to take it out on the staff, which isnt fair to them if its a poorly ran establishment.

   Great time with my friends and family, the manager rob was very friendly and helpful he had great recommendations for both food and drinks. Will definitely be back because of him

   I truly enjoyed my experience at Bar Louie. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, and I was impressed by the quality of the food and drinks. I would highly recommend this place to others!

    There were 6 of us. All food was brought out except for one. We were told it’s coming out in a minute. After 25 min, the burger and fries came to the table. Apparently, another server grabbed it by accident. I don’t blame the server but the rest of the party was already done eating. Someone should have comped the meal for the error. It was a celebration dinner for a birthday and the person we were celebrating was the one whose meal was messed up. It’s sad that the error was treated like “ oh well”. Not sure if my business will ever go there again. Very disappointed.
