Not very crowded on a Monday evening, but first thing we noticed was no servers to be seen. About 15 minutes until our order was taken. Nearly an hour until any food arrived, and it came out all at once; appetizer, salad and entrees. She enjoyed her salmon, my pasta dish had good taste, though chicken pieces dry and much of the pasta was lukewarm at best. Didn’t appear to be the servers fault, just think they were understaffed and overwhelmed. Not sure I’d return any time soon.

Salad was smaller than expected for the price. Otherwise, service was exceptional. Isabella checked on us regularly.

The ambiance was beautiful with falling snow outside. It wasn’t loud so could hear each other. The waitress Caitlyn was very helpful with our selections and wonderful!

Our waitress forgot to put our order in. We waited and waited and then finally asked if at least our appetizers were coming soon as we had been sitting there for 45 minutes and were quite hungry. We could tell by her response that she had actually forgotten to put the entire order in. Then she asked if we wanted refills on our drinks but then didn't pick them up from bar until we were finished with our food and it was too late. The food was decent but I don't think we will be going there anytime soon.

Service was abysmal. We waited 20 minutes to see a waitress, 45 minutes to get our drinks and then another 30 to get our dinners. The waitress was polite and apologetic but it appeared she had too many tables and was getting no help from the bar or kitchen We had an old gift card we wanted to use or we would have left well before dinner came.

The food was bland, cocktails were very watered down, service was the worst I’ve had in a long time, and the prices were truly ridiculous. My guest and I had to ask ourselves how we were going to get out of there. It took forever despite the place being pretty much empty. With several other bar & grill restaurants within earshot, there is no reason to go here. Learned my lesson, I won’t be back.
