   When we showed up it wasn’t busy at all and our server let us know it was happy hour until 6. We decided to order a few drinks and an appetizer then thinking we would get happy hour prices. It took 20 minutes each time we ordered a drink and they were always hot. The food wasn’t that great either just reminded me of crappy bar food. I also got charged the full amount not happy hour prices. Won’t be going back.

   Our waiter she was so sweet and checked on us and me and my coworker were dressed up for valentines and she was so sweet to tell us we look fantastic and the food was amazing we didn’t leave anything on our plate! Highly recommended

   Don’t overlook Bar Louie!! This was our third time here and this was our best experience yet. One time we went the service was so incredibly slow and we never got water and we had to ask for our server three times. This experience was not like that. Our server was on top of everything! Our drinks were better than last time. The lemon drop martini was spectacular! They have chefs at corporate that creates the dishes and then the cooks at the restaurant are trained so that they’re done correctly and this really shows! The spinach asparagus flatbread was great! The calamari cooked perfectly. The chicken tenders exactly that crispy on the outside tender on the inside and not overcooked.

   If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. Had a 5:30 reservation for NYE. Got to the restaurant at 5, and noted that the restaurant had one table of dinners and some bar patrons…this should have been our first red flag. We waited five minutes to be seated, when finally the waitress for the one table of diners acknowledged us and told us to sit anywhere. We had made eye contact on arrival, so not sure why we had to wait five minutes to get seated, red flag number two. We picked a table and waited and waited and waited. We were ignored for 20 minutes. No drinks, no menus. We finally just got up and left. No explanation from anyone working there as to what was going on. A another restaurant in the area got our business and I will never grace the doorstep of another Bar Louie in the future.
