Our server was phenomenal! She treated my daughter (2.5) with excellent care and made sure we had everything we needed!

The service was absolutely terrible. As a family who travels often for our kids sports we expect at least to be waited on decently. This was the furthest thing from the truth, we had to ask multiple times for refills took over 20 minutes to get those refills, the waitress would walk away without completing our tables order we would have to track her down. When it went to pay the bill she brought over the handheld device that the battery was dead that she would go grab another one come right back 20 minutes later she still hasn’t returned to get with serving the tables around us. We finally had to ask for a manager who wasn’t even sympathetic to the situation and just said oh well sorry. We will not be back

Excellent burger and also had chips and trio of sauce. No complaints. However, service was very chaotic and slow.

When I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation in their system and didn’t bother to look at the confirmation of the reservation I made. Then they kept trying to make my party sit outside. While they finally had a table they walked us to our table and one of the workers kept complaining and saying “why don’t they just sit outside?” The food and drinks were amazing though.

I recently dined at Bar Louie and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The restaurant appeared severely understaffed, and the disorganization was apparent from the moment we arrived. The lack of staffing also extended to service and overall atmosphere—tables were left uncleared, and the dining area felt chaotic. The staff, though polite, seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demands of the busy dining room. Our orders came out at different times, with 20 min between one. When we flagged down a server for assistance, they apologized profusely but seemed unsure of how to address the issue. While the food itself had potential, the overall experience made it difficult to enjoy. I understand that staffing challenges can happen, but proper planning and communication would go a long way in improving the guest experience. I hope the management can address these issues soon because the restaurant has potential, but as it stands, I would hesitate to return.

Not what was advertised for NYE. Paid the ticket price and was expected to pay more than what was valued.

It was just ok. Service was ok but we had to remind our waitress a few times.

Well they were short staffed. No big deal. It was Christmas. Sat at the bar. Very unfriendly bartender. We ordered apps... Took an unusually long time for soup. We ordered flatbread and salad. Time ticked away. The place filled up. Unless I waived at the bartender, he paid no mind to us no matter how many times he walked past us. After I saw people getting food around us, I asked about ours. I got a "let me check" . Having worked in the service industry, I pay attention. He clearly didn't put it in... I watched as it was keyed in when I asked. People next to us, left because they weren't getting service. there about More time passed and we got the salad and not flat bread, I wasn't going to ask again. Canceled the flatbread. Soup was good, salad thrown together. Service was bad. Probably wouldn't go back. I certainly wouldn't put up with the bartender again. Was two hours and had to stop to get food on our way home because we didn't eat.
