Really lovely staff, very helpful and the service was fantastic. The food though felt as though it had been left under the hot lamp. We came for brunch and the muffins were solid and the poached eggs were dry. A shame the food did not match the service or ambience.

Barboun was excellent. We were seated promptly, the service was attentive, and the food was spectacular. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else in London

The menu is overpriced and the food doesn't match with the price list. It is always very empty and doesn't deliver what it promises online.

the coffee was awful, it tasted like it was reheated the bread was rock hard like it was a week old the chocolate cake was also several days old and crumbled in my mouth no one came to clear the dishes - So why do I have to pay service fees? the staff asked us in afterwardsif the food was good. when we answered no, we weren't asked why we were dissatisfied

The building is gorgeous and the interior design is great, the tables are well spaced out so you're not too close to your neighbours and don't end up listening in on other conversations. The food was great for brunch, don't know if there's a different menu in the evening but it was really tasty and a bit different from other spots in the area. The staff were a little slow and made some minor mistakes, like bringing tea without any sugar or spoons so I had to stir my sugar in with the end of my fork at one point. But otherwise it was all at a great price point and really tasty!

Beautiful restaurant with a classy setup, the food was great I had the flat iron steak which was cooked to perfection and overall a great place for a nice date.

No longer serving the brunch menu discussed here and highlighted on their website and instead just serving a simple hotel style breakfast buffet - not quite the shakshuka we wanted!

Buffet only for breakfast, which was about the same choice as a Premier Inn, so none of the tempting items from the website. Disappointing
