   It was a busy night, due to a private party in the back room, as well as Margarita Day specials. We had a nice server.

   Poor service due to other event going on that night with staff attending to other tables. Waited 30-40 min just for drinks.

   The customer service was bad the waitress and the bartender had attitudes (not very pleasant), the food was mediocre, the drinks were absolutely terrible and the music was extremely loud. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible

   I heard about the bottomless tacos they offered on Tuesdays and made a reservation asap, but the earliest one available was 9:30pm. No prob. My friends and I show up on time, and were told we need to pay a $10 per person cover. Nothing about that was mentioned on the website. Fine. We paid it. We get to our seats and order, turns out the bottomless taco deal ended an hour ago (even though the sign outside was still promoting it.) The food and drinks were very good but pricey. Our waitress was very kind and also seemed puzzled why we were charged the cover fee. It was disappointing we didn’t get to have what we went there for.

   Be aware that this restaurant has a covered patio area, which was freezing. My party declined to sit there and was told that we would have to wait a few minutes for a table inside. Note that the open table description states that parties are going to be seated inside with the reservation. This turned into a 35 min wait. When I approached the hostess to discuss my displeasure, a manager jumped in and was dismissive and unapologetic. Another manager did find a table for our party and apologized. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The tacos were mostly ok, with a couple of stand outs. The bang bang shrimp/cauliflower and the poke tuna were my favorites. Friends enjoyed the tofu tacos and the jerk chicken tacos as well. The margaritas were just ok. For the price of the bottomless tacos, it was a good value. The highlight of the evening was a Latin dance lesson and open dance that occurred at the end of the night. It was a really fun atmosphere and everyone was having a great time. It’s unfortunate that we had a rocky start to our evening.

   Love this place this is my favorite place, food is always good especially the burger tacos💙💙 oh and the jerk, steak and brisket is also good

   The concept for bottomless tacos is great, however, actually getting those tacos in a reasonable matter was tough. I started off with a couple of tacos delivered to me (before the appetizer—which didn’t arrive for a long time). I didn’t get anymore tacos until 40 mins later and was told to “flag down staff walking around”—which was a rare siting the night I was there. I wasn’t able to snag more tacos till almost an hour later. My friend arrived and she ordered veggie tacos and waited almost 50mins for them. Our margarita flights didn’t arrive till after hour and half of us dining. For the price, it kind of diminished the experience. The tacos were good though.

   Tacos were cold. Services was slow. We waited 30 minutes for our second round and decided to pay our tab and leave. 2nd round never arrived. The tacos were not worth the time and money. The drinks had a terrible aftertaste. We won’t come back.

    Possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. I will preface this review with the fact I went during a taco Tuesday deal. Two and a half hours later and wasn’t able to put a drink order in, order any food, etc. When we got food it was great. Not worth it. Was begging to close out and go somewhere else. I will not be back. If you choose to go, go when there isn’t a promotion running. The kitchen can’t handle it and maybe they need more staff. Our table of 4 was hungry and barely ate! Bummed at how management handled it. Anyways, go at your own risk.
