Brought to you by the owners of La Bottega, Vail’s anticipated Spanish Tapas Restaurant is open to amaze you. Come by and taste the Chef's daily created tapas that are on display. Come sample the many flavors Spanish cuisine has to offer along with amazing cocktail and wine selection, after dinner stay and enjoy the music.

For our restaurant, there are a few things you should know:

-To accommodate our reservations in a timely and orderly manner, our team has carefully designed time frames in which to dine.
Group sizes and allotted dining times are:
Dinner: 1-2 guests (1:30), 3-4 guests (1:45), 5-8 guests (2:00) 8+ guests (2:30)

-We do not accept multiple bookings, all multiple reservations made for the same party will be acknowledged as individual reservations.

-Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, we may cancel your reservation. We will do our best to seat you on time and look forward to your visit.

We enjoyed our dinner. The food was wonderful. Great spot in Vail village. The only downside was our server who had just an awful attitude. We would go again and just hope for a different server.

We loved everything about this place. Atmosphere, decor, friendly service. We shared a couple of tapas like appetizers and after that the squid ink fideua “for 2” was enough for all 3 of us and tasted phenomenal.

We ordered spool soup to start then I had the 22 oz chuleton from beef and my wife had the branzino. The taste was wonderful. the service was very good . I plan to return next time I am in Vail. This place is highly rerecommended by us.

What we had was okay, not anything I’d go back for. Service was good. Many of the dinner entree options were not available. Wish it was more Spanish tapas either options that were not shellfish due to allergies

The service seemed off and lots of new folks that were still learning. Saw several mishaps around and no appearance of management to help correct the early season wait staff. Entrees took a long time and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Food was just so so.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short in almost every way. The food was mediocre at best, with flavors that just didn’t justify the price. Every dish we tried lacked the depth or excitement you’d expect from a place charging this much. The drinks were equally underwhelming, adding nothing to elevate the experience. For what I paid 450 for 3 of us, I expected much more in terms of quality and taste. Overall, it was a forgettable meal, and I can’t see myself returning. There are plenty of other options out there that are worth trying instead.

Ambiance and location were nice. Steak was sub par. Out of the two pieces of Lamb chops, one was not a lamb chop. Service was fast, however, our waiter was not in a good mood and not attentive to details.
