   Everything was delicious. We are local and wanted to eat somewhere new for a dinner date without being in the rush of traffic or crowds of people. It was perfect. Great selection of wine. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was great! We will definitely be back

   Wonderful upscale dining in the heart of Gastonia with unique ambiance. The food is consistently great. Excellent drink selection, great service, and don’t forget the deserts.

   My wife and no have eaten at Barrister’s a few times. This experience was by far our best experience. Really like the ambience. Food presentation was excellent.

   For Valentines, I wanted to do something outside of our usual routine. I had heard of Barristers and was like yep let’s drive to Gastonia! When we first walked into the hotel section, it seemed a little seedy(we saw some interesting folks walking into the hotel) but when walking into the actual restaurant the ambiance was incredible. Alyssa our server was extremely attentive to my multiple food allergies, and made great recommendations based on that, and I ordered items I might not have otherwise. The baked Brie was SO SO GOOD, and my boyfriend loved his swordfish. He is a little picky when it comes to restaurants and said he would actually want to drive all the way out there and come back. That is a really high vote from him! Would love to come back when it’s warmer and not raining, as it looked like they had a really pretty back deck area as well.

   First time dining at Barristers and it was wonderful. There service was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the crispy Brussels were outstanding! We are looking forward to dine again in the near future.
