Originally, I made a reservation for two people, but plans changed on the day of our visit to a party of five. Over the phone, the restaurant was very accommodating, quickly adjusting our reservation and ensuring we had a table for five. The restaurant’s flow is well-organized, and the service is as upscale as it gets. The moment the first desserts of the night are brought out is unforgettable—a whole-restaurant "WOW" moment. It felt like stepping into Alice in Wonderland. This place is definitely a memorable spot for celebrating a special occasion. The food is unique and delicious, and the drinks have an extra kick of flavor thanks to the ingredients they use.

It was cool all of the props made it exciting but the tables were kinda small so we couldn’t enjoy them.

This restaurant is not what I remembered from 2018 when I first went. This place is way too noisy, way to crowded, you can’t even get through to your seat without bumping into people. This is NOT Fine Dining. This is NOT Luxury. My table was so sticky and the waiter literally placed the utensils on the sticky table. Took us 1 hr and 20 mins to get our food. When we finally got our food…it was cold and I asked for my steak to be cooked medium-well and i got it extremely well done and chewy. If you’re gonna charge exuberant prices then at least make sure the quality is up to par! Almost 11 years in business here in LA and can’t even get a bigger place to accommodate guests probably. Charging almost $80 for a $35 ribeye is completely ridiculous. I have been to the majority of fine dining restaurants in LA and this one is by far the worst. Very disappointed since I intentionally took my husband there for Valentine’s Day, hoping he would enjoy it and he was just as dissatisfied and disappointed as I was. I wouldn’t return to this place.

They were not prepared to serve such a large amount of guests at one time, the manager needs to take more classes on hospitality and making the guests feel better about their experience. Our server was super nice but the kitchen was backed up significantly. They wanted $68 for 2 sub par martinis. I prefer the Miami Location much better.
