Excellent dinner and server. Unfortunately sat by group of cacklers. Very odd location but that wasn’t a problem and if you are going to Cirque de Soliel it is right next door

We had our annual gathering at Basalt and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was perfect for a fun catch up among friends. The food was on point and delicious. The Broccoli Bisque and Miso Cod were the table favorites, however, everything was delicious and the desserts, oh my! sinfully tasty. The staff was attentive, and even being served by the manager on duty, who also checked on us here and there. Mahalo to Managers, Kaulana & Ron, Server Matt & his team, and of course, Chef Tim. 5+ stars! Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

This was our 2nd visit. The fish of the day was Marlin and it was excellent. The pork buns were also great.

I can here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. Food was amazing! We had a wonderful server, John who took care of us. Definitely will come back and recommend to everyone!

Casual atmosphere . It’s an open space, you feel like you are walking in a food court and with the bar, it makes it feel more like a restaurant but still different than normal. Food was very good. We had the crispy chicken and black cod. Service was very good. Recommend for a casual dinner

Really enjoyed our experience at Basalt. Our server Kian was incredibly friendly and attentive. Great fixed price option for my birthday celebration.

The prime rib was great. The was turkey dry and not tasty, but that's to be expected with turkey at a restaurant. Management was great in terms of handling customer dissatisfaction. Service was good but becoming less local more haole oriented. This is one of our favorite places for food quality and overall satisfaction.
