   The table placements where insane . Barely enough room to walk to our table . No room to walk to the bathroom without bumping into someone . Waiting for our table was also crazy. Way too many ppl waiting for their table in such a small little space .

   Went there with my GF for our first Valentines Day dinner. We have a reservation for 8pm and we arrived 5mins early. The receptionist was rude to begin with. Told us to stand on the side and they will call us, so we did. But then, the second party after us was seated right away when they get to her and I heard they are also 8pm reservations. I mean, I can understand they are busy last night, but she looks so overwhelmed and chaotic. After a long while, the manager came out to tell her numbers of tables are available, she looks confused and finally told us we can go in. The setup was bizarre, they crowded so many tiny tables there and it is very uncomfortable. We ordered salads for starter but our entrees came first, I have to remind her again that we ordered Salads. The Steak is Ok, but the ribs are way too dry/burn. Presentation of the food is next to nothing. I will say the overall experience is worst than a cheap $20 meal at a Chinese cafe. I understand it must be busy on Valentine’s Day, but if u cannot keep up with the business and maintain the quality of your food and service, you should not have jammed that many tiny tables in there. So regret spending our first Valentine’s Day dinner there.

   had a great experience, my boyfriend and I came for dinner for valentine’s day. we only had to wait a few minutes to be brought to our table and our waitress was amazing, she was very attentive and gave us outstanding service. food came out very fast and everything tasted great. only complaint would be that our table was very small and it felt like we were pushed together with everyone, would have preferred a booth especially as i booked this reservation almost a month in advance

   The 2 seater tables are too small and they had 3 rows of them all tightly packed close together so you couldn’t even move your chairs which no one enjoyed. I also don’t enjoy being squashed up in a table that is used as a constant walkway for serving and I also don’t enjoy having waitresses who ware butt short black dresses without nylons on that constantly walk passed my table while I’m trying to enjoy my Valentine’s Day. Food was okay. My server was great and she was dressed appropriately.

   The person who was supposed to serve our table was never around, we had to call for others when we need get something. He never recommended that there was a special drinks for the day, other servers recommended their specialty drinks right when other customers are seated. Other tables had bread, we never gotten any. Steak was so salty, Tiramisu was way too sweet and we didn't taste much of coffee, the chocolate sauce and creme cheese took over my palette.

   We went on a Sunday evening to celebrate a birthday but we were sadly disappointed with our visit. The staff were more interested in each other and our sirloin steaks were very tough and chewy, the best part of the meal was actually our starters. This is the second time at this location we had experienced this type of service in the last 6months, the first time we just figured it was an off day for them but now that this has happened twice we will not be returning to this location. It was our favourite date night place...
