In 2016 the Bavarian Bierhaus re-opened the space once occupied by the Bavarian Inn. It features a bierhall, a 15 bbl brewery, and multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces. The Bierhaus will continue the tradition of being home to diverse regional events and festivals. My friends and I come on the 4th Thursday of the month to listen to the Brew City big Band. They are awesome!

Family was in town, including daughter who is a Wisconsin native, and it was a perfect place to gather young (grandsons) and old (grandparents). Highly recommended.

We are at tuba Christmas and it was awesome. It was so busy that they were short staff so we had to fight for beers but the food was good and the company was awesome!

A revised menu and the favorite Flammekueche is back!! -- thin crispy flatbread with freme fraiche, bacon, and onions. We shared three flatbreads with our group of 6 people and had more than enough to go around which we paired with litters of German beer and wine. Very attentive waitress given the crowded atmosphere enjoying the annual Tuba Christmas -- always a fun place with great beer and staff.

We traveled in from Columbus, Ohio to see family. We enjoyed our visit very much. The food was delicious. The ambiance was great. Only complaint was our waiter. He acted annoyed by me asking questions about the food (I have a gluten-related medical condition and my daughter has special needs). Our server moved on to take my brother-in-law’s order and commented to him “alright, good, that was simple” as if my questions were an inconvenience.

My perogies were very hard. Service did not check in very frequently. The rest of the food was excellent. Choices were amazing. When wait staff did check in they were friendly and attentive.
