We had beem there once before and the experience was good, but this time it was horrible. We were seated in an empty room with really no service or ambience , vibe. We asked if we could be in the main room but were told it was booked , if so they should not be taking more reservations to get people in the breakfast room, they even had a tissue roll on one of the seats! The food was not good at all, mushroom parfait that tasted more like jam, lamb rump that was so tough. The service was not good we waited for the waiter to turn up to clear the mains and ask us for dessert but no one came so we had to go to desk to get our bill to pay and leave. We will not be visiting this place again.

Excellent, attentive Dining Room manager. Much enjoyed the round table / window seat. A good table layout but alas only us as customers in this low season. Therefore, the dining room was quiet. Thoughtful menu, reasonable prices, the meal was well served and enjoyable to eat. A very pleasant experience and evening out on The Leas.

Fantastic food and a nice restaurant, food was slow with a 45 min wait for starter, and then mains arrived the minute we had finished the starter. But the food was really good.

We have been here a couple of times, once when we stayed in the hotel, which was lovely, great room. The baytree grill and Bar is such a great place to eat, on both occasions we have had the warm scotch egg for starters, I know its only a scotch egg but omg it the best starter ever!

Great Service and excellent food, best Fish and Chips i have ever eaten, Restaurant itself needs an atmosphere of some sort as felt like a libary, plus Air Con turned off as noticed ladies put Cardigans on, maybe turn the music up a notch, even the barman apologised when he changed the barrell, The Bar and Staff are excellent but you feel they want a bit more atmosphere, overall a Lovely place and will re-visit.
