Welcome to the Bayview in the heart of the Loop Head Peninsula.
We endeavour to deliver an exceptional dining experience in our beautifully designed spaces. Weather you dine in our modern Hickie's Bar or our more traditional Pier Restaurant , or wish to catch up over a cocktail our experienced team will look after you. Head Chef Mr. Aidan Feeney & his team devises seasonal menus using only the finest local ingredient's freshly prepared & cooked to order.

This is a lovely restaurant! Gorgeous atmosphere, very simple menu, great service and good food.

Food ok Service was not so great - don’t expect wine To be placed on table and then left to it when it cost well north of 30€.

We booked for the restaurant but we're placed outside the main part in what can only be described as a short corridor with people coming and going, including to the toilets. To make matters worse there was a strong cold breeze running through. We felt like we had been placed in the equivalent of a "naughty chair" but for no apparent reason. Very disappointing. We have eaten at Bay View before and had a much better experience that time.

Very disappointing and the quality of the food and service certainly not good value for money. Our seating on the terrace was extremely tight, with kids running through the tiny space between our table and the one next to us! Service was only mediocre. We asked for some mayonnaise and ketchup which was thrown onto our table in sachets we could not open. This restaurant came highly recommended from a friend. Our experience was made all the more disappointing as we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary.

Beautiful food and great selection. There were 4 of us and we all choose different mains and everyone very happy
