We did not realize we were going to a soft opening but the food was delicious! Panna Cotta was one of my favorites! They are soon changing their name. Regardless ambient was perfect! Definitely telling anyone coming to Grand Caymans to try this!

Delicious food and great service. The pizza is incredible! Highly recommend the mortadella pizza with burrata and truffle!

When we arrived, we learned that the restaurant is under new management for the last two weeks. We were looking forward to the same menu from one year ago when we last visited, so initially we were disappointed to see some changes. That said, when the food came out, every single menu item that we ordered for our party of six was excellent. We will come back again next year.

My review is not accurate because I was not able to dine at Bayside. They were closed and did not let me know. We had to find somewhere else which was uncomfortable for me with guests. Embarrassing!

Hi Heidi, Many thanks for your reservation and interest in dining with us here at Bayside. I just wanted to check you got the right restaurant? Your reservation was for noon on Thursday 26 November; we had a table set for you with menus and water jugs but you never arrived. We're located in Jacques Scott Marketplace in West Bay, next to Jacques Scott liquor store. I have checked the cameras which confirms we were open with guests dining at the bar from 11.30am so I am a little confused. If you wish to communicate further you can do so through info@bayside.ky. We truly enjoyed our evening at Bayside. The service was wonderful and the ambiance was fabulous. The decor/vibe was beautiful. We wish we would have found Bayside earlier in the week as we definitely would have gone back!

This place is my favorite spot on the island. There are so many excellent choices on the island but this place is always my best meal. Go for breakfast. Get a latte, a benedict and lemon ricotta pancakes. Go for dinner. Get ANYTHING, it'll be incredible.
