Unique, sharable small plates and delicious desserts are featured. Bazille offers globally inspired cuisine against a dramatically designed exhibition kitchen and a wine bar with extensive selections by the glass or bottle.

Located on Nordstrom Level 2 at the Village in Corte Madera with spectacular view of mount Tamalpais Bazille is a stylish and comfortable restaurant featuring a contemporary American interpretation of bistro cuisine. The menu is bold in flavor focusing on great appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees and housemade desserts. Our full bar complements the menu by offering a well chosen selection of handcrafted cocktails and wines from many regions.

Guests can choose to sit in the dining room or enjoy a drink and food offering in the bar area.

Although the salad was fresh, the portion was small and the quality of the lump crab was just ok - not great. I was a bit disappointed.

A nice hideaway from long day of shopping. Food is good. Sadly the famously delicious bisque was not.

A very enjoyable afternoon and very pleasant. The food was pleasantly delicious and nice cocktails. And not noisy at all

Went at 11.30 AM for brunch on a Sunday morning. Not crowded. The hostess agreed to turn down the music and we had a most pleasant, very quiet time. Thank you.

Service was very poor. Long wait for food. Tea ordered. Never came. First course forgotten. Salmon just ok. Fish and chips was good.

Made a reservation at 6, which was the latest time a reservation could be made. We called to confirm because we knew they closed at 7. We were the only people there, and I think the manager took us to our table and ordered our drinks. 2 minutes later the server comes to take our order, and we told him we needed 5 more minutes to look at the menu. When he comes back he states "the kitchen is closed that's why I wanted to take your order 5 minutes ago. The chef left for the night" but after talking to the manager he said the chef doesn't leave til 7, and we had plenty of time to put our order in. While ordering entrees he asks if we want dessert and we have to put the order in immediately because the kitchen is closed.. we were the only people in the whole restaurant and we were being rushed for no reason. I will never go back. Food was good. But service was TERRIBLE

We were treated. by Nordstrom Ted Reed first a silent auction fundraiser package! I introduced my friend to Brazille as she did not even know this restaurant existed. We loved everything food service atmosphere!

Experience was made by our waitress. She was lightening fast, personable, and quick with recommendations, which were all delicious. Highly recommended and will be back soon!

Excellent salad with salmon. Can’t believe I didn’t even know about it for all these years. Comfortable, great service and variety of American food. Quiet, comfortable and convenient. A bit pricey for a lunch while shopping but a good dinner option if shopping after dinner. Salad with fresh salmon was $19.
