This place has become my new favorite restaurant. Great service, food and ambiance. You can’t beat the views. Astra was a fantastic server and the food was as delicious as always. Whenever I have family visit this is the place I take them

Crispy rice cakes with ahi was off the charts good, the Pulled chicken sandwich was tasty but not noteworthy and the poke bowl was very good but again, not earth shattering. Service was pleasant and efficient. The location and view is worth the price of admission. I definitely recommend.

Hi, we were a party of 4, celebrating a birthday. When we, the hosts, arrived, the assistant, Kaitlin, showed us several tables to choose from. This was very helpful, as some tables were a few steps below the main level, and 2 of our party use walkers. We appreciated being given a choice and decided on a half banquette with 2 chairs. View of the water, central location in the restaurant. I mentioned to Kaitlin that the music was a little loud, and she turned it down. Also mentioned that the sunlight (it was a gorgeous day, sunny, blue sky today) was very dazzling on the eyes, so she pulled down the blind. Our server introduced himself before our guests arrived, and filled our water glasses. Once the party was all together, we chatted and then chose our lunches. Our server came at just the right moment to take our order. The food arrived in due course, and everyone was happy with their choices: Cobb salad with chicken; pulled chicken clubhouse sandwich, Crab and Prawn Louis salad; and steak and fries. We had a glass of wine each, and dessert. The birthday person's dessert was on the house, which was nice. Also, the restaurant left a birthday card on the table, something I have seen them do before, and I think it's very thoughtful. We weren't rushed to leave, and the food arrived at the right time, the service was very good, and we enjoyed the occasion. Just wish there was more than one handicapped parking space beside the restaurant. It was taken when we arrived (I am one of the people with a walker), so we parked up the hill, and it was difficult to walk down it, using the brakes all the time. Also difficult to push the walker back up the hill, on the way back to the car.

Unfortunately our server was out to lunch rather than us. Such a comedy of errors that were all avoidable. Luckily the company was excellent so we could laugh about it.

We had a wonderful meal at the Beach House, which we haven’t been to for some time. We weren’t expecting the patio in January but it was enclosed and heated. It was good we hadn’t dressed lightly as it was still a bit cool. The patio was much quieter than inside though, which was nice and we got to see the Christmas trees outside. Service was excellent and our meals were very enjoyable. By the time we left it was getting busy so service was a little slower but that is understandable. The menu had a lot of selection, and the cocktail one of our group enjoyed was great - we may try to reproduce it (we are cocktail enthusiasts). We will be back.

The food was very good, and prices in line with other good restaurants. We had very good service and help choosing wine. The selection for food is almost everything you could want from seafood and fish to so much more. My steak was overdone but given a fresh one very quickly. Dessert was chocolate lava cake. My husband gives it a 5/5. The view was magical with all the Christmas trees on the lawn lit and Vancouver was lit up beautifully. A really lovely night out. We will be going again soon as week night is not as busy as weekends.

We had an amazing experience at the Beach House restaurant . The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Every detail, from the presentation of the dishes to the attentiveness of the staff, exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
