Everything was great except the bus girl dropped a water glass which broke into a million pieces right when we sat down. She simply disappeared. Thank goodness our waiter came over to help but it should have been handled much better and much quicker. Needless to say it was difficult to get water the rest of the meal as the bus girl simply avoided us 🤷‍♀️

Normally we enjoy this restaurant, and it is our neighborhood place. Last night my son and I ordered the fusilli amatriciana, which was for some reason pretty awful. The pasta had an odd texture I have never seen before (at the same time gluey and chewy), and there were large hunks of fat - the pancetta or guanciale that goes with this dish was not properly cooked. They need to take a look at this recipe! Other food was good. Our server was also good.

First time enjoying this charming and stylish spot and will not be my last! The decor is beautiful, the staff lovely and attentive and the food was terrific. The only disappointment - very slight! - was that they had a limited lunch menu the day we visited so the farro salad I was looking forward to was unavailable. However, the items I shared with my friend were excellent so it worked out beautifully. Highly recommend!
