Provenant directement du Lower East Side de New York et de l'équipe derrière le fameux TAO Asian Bistro & LAVO Italian de Vegas, Beauty & Essex est un restaurant, un bar, et salon luxueux et intime au cœur de The Cosmopolitan de Las Vegas.


Il y a plusieurs salles pour se prélasser, dans cet espace de 930 mètres carrés, inspirés par maison de ville du Lower East Side. Chaque chambre possède ses propres éléments uniques qui célèbrent la conception de bijoux intemporels et les magasins de bijoux haut de gamme.

    We had a wonderful meal. The food was top notch and the service was exceptional. We will return when in town.

    My friend and I made a reservation but decided to sit at the bar! Lauren and RJ were amazing! They were a great vibe! Drinks were delicious! My friend and I shared the meatballs, broccolini, Mac & cheese, and shrimp!! Food was amazing and was enough to fill us both up! We work at the Crystal Shops and this will forever be our after work place to unwind!

    Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Dumplings are a must. The Mac n’ Cheese wasn’t very good in my opinion, it’s more dry than creamy/ cheesy. I also really liked the Thai Shrimp. Staff was very kind and welcoming. I’d recommend sharing 3 items for 2 people.

    I live in nyc and have been to the original. What I will tell you is that this feels very much like a vegas hotel restaurant. Oysters are the size of a penny, our waiter didn’t really tend to us because she was “busy”, took 26 min (I had my timer on) to get our drinks and had food before that and the worst part? The waiter didn’t even speak highly of the food. $800 bill for 4…. Average experience is an understatement. Go somewhere else. This place isn’t managed well and NYC would be ashamed.

    I ordered a glass of Cloudy Bay for $26 and it tasted like it had been opened three days before. Our scallops were fishy tasting like they were on the verge of going bad. I felt rushed--get you in and out so the next table can come in. We literally spend just over an hour in the restaurant. For the type of money it would have been nice to have the dining experience slowed down.

    Delicious dinner! The grilled cheese dumplings, superb. Everything we had though was amazing. Our waiter was a good guide on choices and quantities. The atmosphere was fun and loved the music.

    We ate at B&E with my sister and brother-in-law as part of a personal trip to Las Vegas. We had eaten here before, but it was my family member’s first time. They loved it. They loved walking through the Pawn Shop to get to the actual restaurant. It was a Sunday night at 6pm and they were packed. We started out with the prime rib sliders, which were fantastic. We then ordered the Apple and Kale salad and then the chicken meatballs. 3 of us shared all the appetizers for our dinner and my brother-in-law ordered the filet mignon, Which he said we excellent. Service was amazing, food outstanding and drinks were good. Can’t wait to go back!

    The food was outstanding! Such a beautiful place and the presentation is amazing. Highly recommend this place and the tomato bisque croquettes.
