We go here a lot, and it is one of our favorite places to eat and one we can normally rely on to be consistently good. We usually go for breakfast or lunch, dinner very rarely. However, we had family visiting and decided to go for dinner and we were a little disappointed as it was not the norm. I guess Sunday night is not a good night to go? There were only 3-5 tables of guests at most within the hour we were there and it was surprisingly difficult to get the attention of one server out of the two working. One completely ignored us when we tried to get her attention on several occasions and she was not even friendly when she helped our server bring our food out. The other, who was actually our server was very nice and friendly but seemed to be handling most of the work; waiting on the tables, getting drinks from bar, and spending a lot of time at the computer putting orders in and checks out. Then, at 6:20 the other server came wheeling out of the kitchen with a bucket and mop! All of a sudden there was this horribly strong smell of Clorox. Not something you want to be hitting you while dining. I felt sorry for those who were just starting their meal or still eating. It wasn’t even 6:30 yet! Luckily we were just finishing up our meal and were glad to be getting out of there as it was actually making our eyes water. But it took another 20 min of waiting after receiving our check before I finally got up and walked over to the register so I could close out our ticket. The food was unfortunately not as good as it usually is. We touted the place up before going and then no one was really impressed with the food. Not bad, just OK. So unfortunate, as it is a place we can normally count on for being consistently good. Don’t think we’ll be going back on a Sunday for dinner as it does not seem to a good time to go.

They boiled and overcooked the lobster and the swordfish was also overcooked. The potatoes were bland. The vegetables were not fresh and lettuce wilted.

I've had the steak before, this time I tried the ribs. Very meaty and tasty ribs. All of the sides were also pretty darned good. Beer selection is terrific, and served very cold. Servers were very attentive but missed our soup/salad before the entrée. Overall I'll be back, very enjoyable

Beef n Brew that was a decent restaurant. Food was quite good and the musicians very good. The service left some to be desired. Racie C. did not introduce herself. She failed to tell us, up front that there was only one serving of Bone-in Short Ribs left; we found out, when a second of our group ordered the ribs. When dessert was offered, one of us ordered coffee. When the check was presented and the coffee had not made it to our table, we raised the issue. Racie C. told us she forgot, but she hadn't charged for it either. Some training is needed.

Always great food but hoping they will get a liquor license at some point. Service is always great!

Staff needs training; nice enough people, it just seems that most of their staff is inexperienced (been here twice). Seated, waited 10 minutes to be approached; asked for a certain draft beer. Server didn’t know if they had it, needed to check. Came back 5 minutes later and said “No we don’t have that one!” So I asked, “What do you have?” She didn’t know. Prime Rib very tough both times. I actually ordered it again the second visit to see if the first time was a fluke... Like I said at the top, nice enough people, but if I’m paying $75 for two dinners and one beer plus tip, should be a bit better.

Consistently good food and service. I never hesitate to go there. They had live music performing, so it was a little loud, but we enjoyed the music.

The food was excellent and our server was very friendly. I got the 16 ounce prime rib and could not finish the meal; there is plenty of food. As a bonus, on Friday night there is live entertainment.
