Very slow inexperienced service. Very strange vibe and dining experience. Sat night, 3 tables with patrons total in restaurant. One middle aged women taking orders, making drinks, serving while other two "waiters" stand around and only move when prompted. Ordered cocktails and they came with no ice. Had to ask several times for ice. Food was tasty, but meat was low quality and very fatty. Must be surviving on take out orders. Much better indian food than this in suffolk. Sorry to leave bad review, but they need to do better or hire manager that knows how to run a restaurant. Won't be back. Truly wish them luck. Not sure who is leaving all the good reviews ?!

Really enjoyed a very good quality and authentic Indian meal. They had a large selection of different regional Indian foods. Owner was very friendly and helped with selections. The appetizers were all made fresh and delicious. Entrees were well prepare and had the most delicious long grain Indian rice accompanying each entree. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to going back soon.

could not find reservation. gave only one menu for two. took several minutes' to give us a second menu, told bush person we needed a wAIT staff to take our order, no person ever came. after 20 minutes with no service. we left

Well as I walked into the deserted restaurant I was addressed by the host who ask if she can help me. As I replied that I had a reservation for 2 she looked puzzled and insisted the the restaurant was closed. She also questioned how did I get a reservation before I responded she told me open table. Which I agreed in the same as I motion towards the door for my exit. I’ve used this app 30xs and have never experienced this. I won’t book for this restaurant anymore. Thank you but not interested

First time going there and it was for valentines, I made reservations at least 2 weeks in advance. worst thing i ever did, i had time to go someplace else but my girlfriend likes Indian food. We got there in time, the place was not busy. They sat us down, we waited at least 30 minutes to get a drink, and then an appetizer. No one came to us take start of with, we had to wave a bus boy just to get someone to our table and let them know that we hadn't place any order, eventually the manager came to us and we placed our Entre. That was the last time someone came to our table, we waited more than 90 minutes int total and no one came to our table, never got our Food, beside 1 appetizer and 2 drinks. Never experience such bad service. The place was not crowded at all no excuse. The Manager never came back. I left $20 for what we had which I regret. Also there people came after us and where served before us.. when we walked out no one asked us what happened or even acknowledge us.. Very bad experience, specially for Valentines day. we when to a take out Chinese Taste House 2. I do not recommend it and won't go back.

Really one of the best Indian restaurants. Everything is well prepared and delicious. The service is excellent and the owner is such a sweet warm person. We love BEENZ.

Terrific spot for authentic Indian food. Everything they brought to the table was made fresh and first rate. We were four people so we ordered a wide variety of dishes and enjoyed them all. We have been here several times and are always pleased with the food and service.
