Venue is nice Food is average at best, nicely presented but bland, no taste. Also portions were very small. Service is very unorganized, too many stuff, but inefficient and not coordinated. So I left hungry and very disappointed. The food, the portions, the price, the service, everything was off. When you enter the place you think ‘wow’, but everything is downhill after that. I eat out multiple times a week in very good restaurants in Dubai, so I know what I talk about. And not to forget, before out visit they called me multiple times, mail, whatsapp to confirm again and again ! Highly annoying, once is enough, I even already confirmed the mail. Also people were not dressed according to your policy. The guy next to me for example was wearing the oldest most crumbled T-shirt, I have seen in a long time. And he was not the only one who was underdressed. If you want to be a classy place you have a lot of work to do, in my humble opinion, especially with that amount of competition.
