    Available daily between the hours of 10:30am to 1pm, featuring the latest seasonal high tea. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance to guarantee a high tea. For groups of 8 or more, a 50% prepayment is required. Please note that we are able to accommodate all dietaries for high teas, please advise at the time of making your booking via the special request form. We also offer a bespoke $45 children's menu with tea and a choice of juice or milkshake for children under 12 years old. Please also advise how many children's high teas you require with your booking.

    I really wanted to like this experience however it was incredibly disappointing. I don’t really write or share reviews but I had to for this one. Sadly its NOT a positive review and experience. It was my son's birthday, and as special treat I booked the high tea experience. Sadly we were left with a horrible experience overall. Firstly, my sons drink was over-filled (iced chocolate with cream) which caused him to accidentally spill his drink on his clothing. Secondly, the high tea was very overpriced for what we got and especially because there were several items missing, old, stale and low quality. For example, no filling in the egg brioche roll (which the bread was dry and awful), no salmon roe on the cucumber / salmon roll. We recieved a rolled up cucumber which was odd. The overall savouries tasted old and dry, not pleasant at all. The sweets were not the best either they seemed stale and not appetising. The Jam for the scones was incredibly sour and inedable. The wrap was hard salty and dry. Awful.There were constant flys and insects flying around and all over our food. Despite mentioning this to staff they said there wasn't anything they could do or provide an explanation. My coffee was forgotten several times and took 45 minutes to be received. I would not recommend or return in fact would appreciate refund. My son's birthday was ruined. Incredibly disappointing and not worth $160.00 for the two of us.

    The atmosphere was nice, very green and elegant design inside. I wanted to love the sandwiches served to me but some of the bread didn’t taste fresh and the cucumber and salmon wrap wasn’t very yummy. The scones were fantastic (the cream and the raspberry-rose jam was DELICIOUS). The sweets were a nice variety of selections and the service was prompt and friendly. It was a busy day and it was quite noisy but that’s understandable considering it was a Saturday and I was near two baby showers. I don’t think I will go again due to the quality of most of the food (exception for the scones and jam). But I’m glad I tried it and ticked it off my do list!

    Belle Epoque is a wonderful place where you almost feel like you are in a Parisian tea salon. We had the high tea with a glass of champagne, and I also required a gluten free option. I was very impressed with the selection of both savoury and sweet items, as well as the gluten free options. It was actually too much food and our wonderful wait staff had no hesitation to package up what we didn’t manage to eat so we could take it away to savour later. Definitely worth paying the money for this high tea experience.

    Had the high tea. Amazing food and lots of interesting delicious teas to try. The service was excellent and they provided take home boxes for all the treats we couldn’t fit in.

    Manager was overly concerned in choice to take home left over cakes from high tea. We had already agreed that the store held no responsibility. Left a slightly bitter taste after such a wonderful experience.

    Outstanding food and service with friendly, helpful staff. A really lovely experience for everyone for any occasion . We had a fabulous time and the valet parking made it even more special.
