   There is no other distillery in NJ that crafts cocktails like Belle does. In fact, you’d be hard pressed to even find restaurants that craft cocktails like this. All the time, attention to detail, and attention to mix of flavors is unmatched.

   Did trivia night. Great experience. No kitchen as distilleries are banned by NJ state law but can order out, which we did not. Would highly recommend trying this out.

   This is our second time back, the first time we were going to the brewery next door and stumbled upon the distillery not knowing it was there. The staff here is wonderful, a hidden gem in Hillsborough only 30 minutes from us. Every cocktail they serve is so well crafted with fresh and high quality ingredients, highly recommend but do make reservations especially if going on a weekend, only because seating is limited. Can’t wait for our next visit!

   We enjoy coming here to sit upstairs and relax with friends. The lounge upstairs feels like someone’s cozy living room. The servers and hostess are friendly and attentive. I would give 5 stars for everything, BUT, children should not be permitted. This is an adult space. We don’t need to hear games on tablets, or kids playing hide and seek. There are other places where this is acceptable/expected. (Applebee’s in town.) I get it, my children are adults now, and sometimes you can’t get a babysitter to get out. But please have those customers go to a place more appropriate for children. My suggestion: no children under the age of 18 permitted.

   This was the first time we were to this distillery. We sat outside on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. My husband and I both ordered a seasonal cocktail. I had the apple whiskey sour and loved it. I even had a second, which I rarely do. We ordered off the menu for food that is delivered right to your table from a local restaurant. My husband ordered the charcuterie board, and I ordered a chicken tortilla salad. The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

   I didn’t get a chance to have the food so that’s why such a low score there but the drinks are great! I just wish they had more outdoor seating for 2 available

   Hi Jessica! Glad you enjoyed your visit. We actually dont serve food at all (a NJ law for distilleries) but you can always bring your own or order in. We know OpenTable requires a rating for food, which is kind of silly for businesses like ours, but alas, our requests to change that have been denied. We also wish we had more patio space and theres a plan to expand our outdoor seating in about a year. Hope to see you again soon!

    Menu features fall cocktails. Also available is low alcohol and mock tails. Each drink is made with care and it’s a nice place to enjoy delicious drink.
