   The wait was really long, but besides that the workers were super nice and fun. We were able to have a drink while we waited to be seated which I liked. Gab was awesome and energetic. Another young lady also was really great I forgot her name but she was awesome she made us drinks and gave us a free appetizer because of the long wait.

   This was my first experience here and I was kind of disappointed. I understand Valentine's Day is a busy holiday for restaurants but I've never dined anywhere where they ran an HOUR behind on reservation. I made a reservation for 8:30 and we were not seated until a little after 9:30. We arrived early and were told 7:30 reservations had still not been seated. We patiently waited and the food which was pretty good, but I just wish the service would have been a little better. I wasn't looking for anything, but there was no compensation for our wait or even an explanation as to why they were running so behind even though there were open tables available. The manager was definitely overwhelmed which is understandable but professionalism is still important in situations like that. Overall, I might try them again but definitely not for a special event.

   We had a reservation and were told “wait around the tables and sit whenever one becomes free.” After 45 minutes we sat, after an hour and a half we got up and left because no one ever came to take our drink orders even. Asked a waiter once if we could order and they told us to sit and find some manners.

   For Valentine’s Day night it was crowded as expected and an 815 reservation didn’t get seated till 930 waitress was swamped. Had a lot on her mind so we had to ask for things twice like sugar for the iced tea and a knife to cut the steak. The restaurant was smoky From the poor ventilation on the cooktops of our clothes smelled like Benihana the morning after because of all the smoke, our other experiences with the Benihana and fort lauderdale on Commercial Boulevard has always been more entertaining and less smoky
