   Great experience! Our server Juan was outstanding with his top-level customer dedication. Delly our cook was also fantastic as he cooked our meals. Kudos to John the GM for all of his focus on ensuring the customers are taken care of. Absolouting we love this location and the amazing staff and leadership. Thanks and keep up the great work.    Make a reservation at your own risk, it means nothing. Reserved a table for 3 at 6:00 but wasn't seated until 6:30. What's the point of a reservation if we have to wait anyway??

   I have always loved Benihana and my to go place for special occasions. I knew on Valentine weekend would be a wait even with reservations, but this time it was ridiculous long wait. The chef did not know what he was doing, and the server rude and unfriendly. You could feel the stress in the atmosphere.

   We had a 6:15 reservation We had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated It took a while before a server came for drink order After a time we gave out food order and it took a while for the food to arrive to start cooking The servers were terrific. I believe the problem with the food was in the kitchen not the servers

   The wait was really long, but besides that the workers were super nice and fun. We were able to have a drink while we waited to be seated which I liked. Gab was awesome and energetic. Another young lady also was really great I forgot her name but she was awesome she made us drinks and gave us a free appetizer because of the long wait.

   This was my first experience here and I was kind of disappointed. I understand Valentine's Day is a busy holiday for restaurants but I've never dined anywhere where they ran an HOUR behind on reservation. I made a reservation for 8:30 and we were not seated until a little after 9:30. We arrived early and were told 7:30 reservations had still not been seated. We patiently waited and the food which was pretty good, but I just wish the service would have been a little better. I wasn't looking for anything, but there was no compensation for our wait or even an explanation as to why they were running so behind even though there were open tables available. The manager was definitely overwhelmed which is understandable but professionalism is still important in situations like that. Overall, I might try them again but definitely not for a special event.

    We had a reservation and were told “wait around the tables and sit whenever one becomes free.” After 45 minutes we sat, after an hour and a half we got up and left because no one ever came to take our drink orders even. Asked a waiter once if we could order and they told us to sit and find some manners.
