   I’m in really care for this service... I asked for a container. For my food and they gave me a very small container, which left food on my plate still when I try to get the waiter back he was disappeared so I didn’t care for the service

   We dined here on a very busy weekend so even with a reservation we waited 20 min before we got a table and then waiting another 45 minutes to eat. They seemed understaffed for the surge of customers. In the end, it was enjoyable and the food was yummy but overpriced given the wait and service.

   DONT GO! We went for my son’s 16th birthday and it was the most disappointing dining experience I’ve ever had. We waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us when we walked with with a reservation, the manager stood a ways off and saw us, even walked by a couple times and said nothing. After 1 hour we finally had drinks, mind you the restaurant was less than 50% full with staff standing around looking board. After 1.5 hours with no food I went to the manager who wouldn’t even let me speak and said I should “just put a smile on and enjoy myself”. After 2 hours of no food, no updates, no attempt to make it right the rest of the people at our table gave up and left. I went to the manager one more time and he couldn’t have cared less and said there was nothing he could do (all I asked for was a rough eta). After 2.5 hours of no food we finally left. When we left the manager saw us and said nothing. Things happen, delays, but I’ve never experienced a not busy restaurant where we waited 2.5 hours after a reservation to get food, no updates, no attempt to make it right (maybe bring out an appetizer to help make it right). So disappointing on any night but especially for that to be my son’s birthday (which they knew) and they didn’t care at all. That manager needs to go!!

   Cook was amazing- unfortunately we had to switch tables due to our original grill not warming/ heating up properly. Our cook was Josue, although the table had difficulties he still managed to cook up our food perfectly. Service was mid - food was amazing.

   I love Benihana but try to go during the weekday the service is smoother. We had to wait a long time for our check and then the credit card machine wouldn’t work.

   The waiter was told we had allergies to sesame seeds and he did not tell the cook and cook out sesame seeds all over the food, we had a extra 45 minutes and he had to clean the grill
