   Had to wait 2 hours to eat, my whole experience got ruined my head started to hurt i was not having it, all this money for poor slow service.

   I understand it was a busy Valentines Sunday evening, but I made reservations for 6:30pm & didn't get seated until after 8pm. That was the only issue, other than that...service was good, food was good & my son enjoyed his birthday dinner.

   To begin with we had a reservation for 9:15, we weren’t seated until 10:30. Then after that it took a solid 20 minutes before anyone even came to our table to take our orders. I was already very annoyed and ready to go, but we decided to give them a break since it seemed busy. There was 9 people crammed at our table (which is 1 too many in regards to space and comfort). Then as the cook began making food at least 3 orders were wrong. Everyone at my table was annoyed and it took forever for us to get any food. A normal dinner date night that should have been a 1 hour experience was a horribly drawn out 3.5 hour ordeal because this restaurant doesn’t care about their reservations and their service was horrible. They had excellent customer service though, everyone was pleasant, it was just horribly run restaurant.

   Wait was entirely too long to have reservations. Waited for over 2 hrs. Took an extra 30 min for host to come out and another 20 for the chef to come.
