    It was my daughter 1st time and we had a chef that was very quiet and took away from the full experience. She was seeing the other out going chefs interactions with there guests they were serving and was sad she didn’t get the same experience.

    I had a fantastic dining experience at Benihana, thanks to our chef, Precious. She was incredibly personable and made the evening even more enjoyable with her engaging personality. The food she prepared was absolutely delicious, showcasing her culinary skills beautifully. I would love to have Precious as our chef again on our next visit!

    Weird vibes, not an upscale ambience at all . 3 hour wait, despite having reservations. The mug for my tea came out to me dirty, smudged with brown sticky goop. The 5 course meal was so spread out I couldn’t enjoy it. By the time my meat was ready, my rice was cold. I saw people arrive after me and leave before the chef even arrived to the table. Won’t return.

    We waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for a Chef to come to our Teppan. The womens bathroom was disgusting - out of four stalls, 3 stalls were clogged with hidious stuff in the bowls and the fourth stall was constantly running but the bowl was clear due to the water continuously running. I informed one of the staff, who stated that she would get it handled.

    We had a reservation and had other groups that just arrived seated before us. Our drinks took forever and had our server when we check on us two times throughout the service.

    We booked our reservation well in advance. We live in a different area and it took about an hour to drive to this location. Unfortunately, on Christmas Eve all of the power went out in the area. No one from the restaurant ever bothered to call to let us know that the power had gone out hours before. No one was at the restaurant and we had no backup plans for our Christmas Eve celebration.

    Our chef Sarah was awesome and very personable. All of our food was cooked to perfection! My sister in law said the shrimp was the best she ever had, and the filet mignon was very tender snd juicy. Highly recommend.
