    We had a reservation for 7pm. They sat us down at 8:15. And we waited another 45 minutes for a cook to come meet us

    waited too long for the chef to come and cook our food. it was about 45 minutes until he showed up. i thought they forgot about us. also very smokey atmosphere and we left smelling like hibachi the whole night.

    Benihana has become a mess of a restaurant. Reservations are meaningless. They sit people based on check in time. In August, I left when I saw they were over an hour behind. On NYE, there was no option to go to another restaurant. We didn't start to eat until 11:15 on an 8:30 Reservation. Then, had to eat in a hurry to get back to hotel for fireworks. I am about done with this restaurant.
