   Went on a Sunday night. Busy, but not packed. Seated in a good amount of time, but literally facing a corner of the room, facing the bathrooms nonetheless. I feel part of the fun of that room is enjoying the entire space. Orders taken no problem, and chef came out in reasonable amount of time. Our drink order took quiet a while, and we were never given water, even asking more than once. Chef prepared the meal, but really none of the flair. Granted, at the end, he attempted the onion move, threw three shrimp tails, sort of all over the place. Rice was bought after most of our meal was eaten. I felt I had reasonable expectations, and it just sorta missed on several levels.

   Took my wife for a valentine dinner tonight! We love fried rice and hibachi and this was our first time here. For the money it was a lot of good food you will be taking some home you won’t be able to finish it all! Comes with desert a complete meal for the money! Will be coming back thank you

   I usually love Bennies but the chef was terrible. He don’t even put teriyaki sauce on the meat! He kept dropping things and made a mess. It was just sloppy and I’m prob never going back to this one

   Cross contamination: stated I was allergic to shellfish but shrimp was still placed on the main meat tray with the other proteins and after blame placing and finger pointing we were only compensated 10% ($8.42) off a $112 bill. On top of that the Food was bland, and portions were smaller then expected. Over rated in my option.

   I really enjoyed the food the chef was great and the host was good as well. It was a nice dinner for me and my girlfriend we were celebrating her birthday and everyone was very nice. I have 0 complaints.

   Worst service we ever had there, we will not go back. We asked for water 3 times and never got it, he never came back to see if we needed refills on sodas, never cleared any of the dishes throughout the meal, he took so long to get our bill, I had to go up there and get it. Then, the chef didn't really do anything but cook. Didn't engage with us, didn't do any entertaining, very disappointed. We were there for my son's birthday, on his birthday and I couldn't even use the gift certificate they send for birthdays because it's not valid on weekends. Then, they automatically add 20% gratuity, which was not deserved at all.

   I don’t believe we received the full Benihana experience. Our chef didn’t do any cool tricks or interact with us. I assume it was due to a language barrier , the food was great and the server was excellent.

   The food was delicious, the presentation was wonderful, but almost $200 for two dinners and two drinks is a bit high.

    Experience overall has gone majorly downhill, while the prices seem to have increased. It is no longer worth it. We were there way too long and while our food was adequate and edible, the other guests at our table’s were not. Not worth the price. It’s too bad.
