   We made a reservation and after waiting 40min to be seated, we got tired and left. No one even apologized during our wait. They simply kept saying table was being cleaned!!

   The evening was decent. Reservation was 45 minutes behind, the chef for our table lacked engagement and flare when cooking. We could barely hear anything he said. Overall I don’t think I would visit this restaurant location again.

   The food was good, but even though we had a 6:15 reservation, we were seated until 7 and did start to eat the appetizers until 7:15. David, our cook, was great and very engaging.

   Jonathan was our chef & Trish was our server. He had the grill extremely high. He burned the eggs & the shrimp was overcooked. He put a lot of soy sauce in the rice and not enough salt on the steaks. It was loud in there. In addition, all of the excess items he gave it to the left side of the table only. He totally ignored our side. I was very disappointed.

   Made a reservation check in and we still had to wait 45 mins. Hostess was not friendly at all. Said everyone at the restaurant had a reservation and there was nothing she could do

   Chef Kevin was amazing! Dining was so much fun. But it was a 45 minute wait on an existing reservation, that to me was ridiculous.

   The Benihana Restaurant in Temecula is exceptional- service is the best, the food prep is always fun and engaging, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is celebratory. Members of our family choose Benihana each year for their personal celebrations.

   Appointment was for 7:30pm but didn’t get seated until 9:00pm. The cook was brand new and didn’t give a show, burned our food, and messed up our orders. We pay for the experience and show, save the “cooks” who can’t perform for those who have regular dine in seating. Horrible experience.

   Reservation was at 7:15 got our table at 7:55. I got 15 minutes behind but 40 is too much. Ordered drinks and waitress didn’t get out meal order until after 9. Another 20 minutes got our salad and soup. Food was fine. But was there for over 3 hours. Not sure if I will rwturn.

    Awful experience. Reservations for 7:15pm. Sat at the table at 8:30pm. No server for 30 minutes. Bathroom was flooded. Purely awful
